Creating a Visit Site from the C•CURE Portal pane

You can create a Visit Site from the C•CURE Portal pane using the C•CURE Portal pane drop-down list and the New button for the object type.

Note: Configuring a Visit Site is a high-privilege operation. Only operators with the highest level privilege can perform this task.
  1. In the Navigation pane of the Administration Workstation, click C•CURE Portal to open the C•CURE Portal pane.
  2. Select Visit Site from the drop-down list in the C•CURE Portal pane.
  3. Click New to create a new Visit Site.
  4. Enter a Name and description for this Visit Site.
  5. Click the Click to select an image box to select an image to represent this Visit Site. This image appears on the Visit Web Portal to visually represent the Visit Site.
  6. Configure the Visitors, Visit Templates, Hosts, and documents for the Site using the General, Host, and Documents tabs respectively.
  7. Optional: If the Visit Site and your host server or client are located in different time zones, on the General tab, choose a Visit Site Time Zone.
  8. Optional: If your visits require civic identity verification, complete the following steps:
    1. In the Visit Templates pane, click Add.
    2. In the Name Selection dialog box, select the Civic Basic Visit Template and Civic Identity Visit Template check boxes.
    3. Click OK.
    4. In the Visit Templates pane, ensure that the templates you added appear.
  9. To save your new Visit Site, click Save and Close.

    To save the Visit Site and create a new Visit Site, click Save and New. The current Visit Site is saved and closed, but the editor remains open to to create a new Visit Site.

    You can click Create Copy to create a copy of the current Visit Site object.
